Refund policy

If your download links do not arrive, expire, or fail to open, email support@hiddensideai.com with the email address used at checkout. We re-issue links manually and it is usually resolved the same day.

If we cannot deliver a file in a format you can read, we refund the purchase in full.

Bought the same volume twice, or bought a single part and then the bundle? Tell us and we will refund the overlap. You keep the files.

Because the files are delivered instantly and are DRM-free, we do not offer general change-of-mind refunds once a download has been accessed. Sample excerpts are published on every book page so you can read the writing before buying.

Where consumer law in your country grants a broader right of withdrawal for digital goods, that law applies and overrides this section.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider. Depending on your bank it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

We do not use countdown timers, fake stock levels or invented scarcity. The sale price is the price until it changes, and support is answered by a person.
