Privacy policy

When you buy a book we receive your email address, the items purchased, the amount paid, and the country used for tax purposes. We use this to deliver your files, issue a receipt and answer support requests.

We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are entered on our payment provider's secure checkout and handled entirely by them.

We measure aggregate site usage — pages viewed, which sections are read, and whether a purchase completed — so we can improve the site. Analytics is configured without selling personal data, and marketing pixels are only enabled if and when they are connected.

Your address is used to send your download links and order receipt. If you opt in to updates about the trilogy you can unsubscribe from any message, and opting out never affects access to files you have bought.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to support@hiddensideai.com. Deleting your record may remove your ability to re-download previously purchased files.

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept only while it is useful for resolving your issue.
